About Cliff Sams
Cliff was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2011 after earning his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, he served as law clerk for the Honorable R. Lawton McIntosh of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. He has practiced law locally as a litigator, with experience in civil, criminal and family matters, and also served as Assistant Solicitor, under Barry Barnette, in the Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office of South Carolina.
Cliff currently focuses his practice on real estate closings, business formation, contract review and preparation and other transactional matters.
He is also a licensed speech-language pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds a B.A. from Anderson University and M.S. from Western Carolina University.
Cliff is an Anderson native and currently resides in the County with his family.
